Processing Delay with the HTC Droid Incredible >.<

Hello to all,
I am fairly new to this forum, but I have certainly kept my eye on the forum threads. I have a problem that many people are having and I just need some clear clarification. I upgraded my phone to an HTC Droid Incredible (Certified Pre-Owned) on January 30, 2011 (1/30/11) and it's been a week (2/5/11) since I ordered it. My bank account hasn't been charged yet and I have punched in my Order Number to the point that I have memorized it !
On the processing page, it notifiies me that my order is processing and I checked daily throughout the past week and displays the same exact page. I don't even have a tracking number as they haven't shipped the phone out yet, I'm assuming.
I have a theory of the processing delay with Verizon Wireless.
- The new Iphone 4 at Verizon Wirless caused all the hype on internet shopping and flooded order processing, thus, all other phone orders along with the Iphone, will be shipped at the same day as the Iphone release, I believe it will be on 2/10/11 at the latest.
My shipping method however was overnight shipping, and I assumed that the following day was Sunday, that it would be shipped on Monday, however, it's been at least 5 business days and no phone.
I'm growing impatient and I'd really need to hear some explanation, thanks to all that can help!

The Iphone 4 was not available to be ordered until the third of Feb. I recommend contacting customer service to find out why your order has not processed yet. It is possible that there was some discrepency with the payment information you entered or that the order for some odd reason did not complete. Either way, customer service will be able to let you know the status of that order.

I ordered my pre-owned Incredible on February 3rd and received it the next day. Surely there's some problem or they missed your order. Hope they work it out and you get your phone soon.
