Is the R2D2 model sold out? I am checking for someone who wants to buy it I already have mine but it's not on the site where I ordered mine a few weeks ago. The link is blank on verizon's site.

it is a retired model..maybe try the certified pre own section
I spoke with someone at Verizon the other day. She said they had a few units still on hand and there was still some new stock in the retail stores. You could try either. I just got mine the other day. It's a pretty cool phone, especially if you like Star Wars. It comes with a R2D2 dock and white ear buds. Good luck!
Did you talk to someone in the stores? Did you get one online or from somewhere in Scottsdale? I'm pretty desperate to get one for my hubby (huge starwars dork, but we had to wait to an unpgrade discount) I think I'm going to call around all day...
