Hello Zackhund,
Judging by your posting, you are having a difficult time with your device. No need to worry. I'm more than happy to assist you with your device! Please confirm if the device that's having the issue is with the Droid Bionic. If so then I recommend a factory data reset on the device. This will remove all information, apps, and settings from the phone. Prior to completing this, please verify that your contacts are saved on either backup assistant or your Gmail account. Since the memory card is problematic as well, I would also include wiping the memory card as well. If you would like to save your pictures before the reset then they can be transferred to the computer from the device by using the USB cable and the mass storage mode functionality. The steps on how to completed the factory data reset is accessible using the link below.

Once the device has been completely wiped, the activation and setup process would need to be completed. Try using the device for 2-3 days without any 3rd party apps downloaded or widgets setup, like Facebook or Twitter. If notice an improvement in the device then you can add each service/app back on the device on at a time on a daily basis to ensure that the performance isn't compromised. In the Market, simply touch the menu button the My Apps option will appear. This is where a history of your app downloads are housed for your convenience. If you are still experiencing the same issues then please reply to this posting with your findings for additional assistance.
Thank you...
