I was browsing through the marketplace when suddenly the screen just went black with the Droid logo in the center - and it was no longer possible to turn it off. Charging it doesn't seem to make a difference. Does anyone know of a solution to this?
Sounds to me that the device is rebooting on its own, check your applications and make sure you haven't installed anything incompatible. My suggestion is to uninstall all apps and see if problem continues or do a hard reset of device and then slowly install app and if you notice issue after install one of them then this may be you issue.
