I don't know about the clock issue, but I can no longer forward texts, my battery isn't lasting very long, and the display brightness fluctuates constantly. Normally I try not to upgrade as soon as they come out in order to avoid issues like this. I don't have the time to spend fixing the bugs in their "upgrade"!

Good evening iamk9mom! I have checked my resources and I do not see a recent software update for the Droid Incredible 2. Please provide your software version and we'll check further. Also, what text messaging application are you using? For the display brightness try disabling the automatic brightness and test. Here are some tips to extend your phone's battery life http://vz.to/1qZpHAI

I don't have a droid Incredible 2. I have a Motorola Razr M if that
makes any difference. And there definitely WAS some sort of software
upgrade. I don't know if it was a Verizon thing or Motorola thing,
but on the online community there are A LOT of people having the exact
same problems I am so something has happened recently.
I have Android version 4.4.2 and the last system update was on May 15
at 7:56am. I had NO problem with my battery life before this
happened. The brightness fluctuates continuously.
