You've been jerking the general public around for 8 months...yes, 8 months. Tidbits of erroneously released information, countdowns by who knows what, pictures of a phone that doesn't exist. This is great. But for being the largest, best and fastest cellular service, you sure suck at public relations-IE, being honest with your buying public. One day, like other arrogant companies, you may learn your lesson. Quit **bleep**'ing the public and give them a date....

Great point; they do, however, contract Motorola to do that for them. September could even be considered reasonable, IF they put a firm date to it....
even at the CES in february the statements, quotes, and rumors were "this summer." the charge and tbolt came out earlier than expected, which is making the bionic "seem" way behind.....but i saw all three mentioned to be coming this summer at the CES. i know everyone is anxcious. heck, i want to check one out.....but verizon doesn't officially announce hard timeframes because it's out of their control. if motorola pulls a product and decides to completely redesign it, there isn't anything verizon can do.

Although we currently do not have information on a release date I do encourage you, if you haven't already, to sign up for email updates for this device. Motorola did today. It will be available in the month of September. That is as firm as it is going to get until Verizon issues an official press release usually a couple of days before the date it is available in stores or about a week before if they decide to have a pre-order period.
