Anyone have a phone that is noisy. I swapped out the phone and it still sounds terrible. I was right next to a cell tower and it sounds like a swishing noise in the background..
Dial *228 + send from your phone.Press option 2.That may fix the problem
I think it's inherent of the phone. I tried it but it's too late to call anyone. When I called cs (611) it sounded great until someone actually answered. Very strange.
There is definittely white noise in the backround. Verizon techs say it sounds fine to them. I like the phone but just might return it and wait for a different phone. In a couple months or so I'm sure there will be even better phones. In the store I tried the incredible and that sounded great although i like this phone size. The option 2 for roaming did not work.

If you do have 30 days to test out a verizon phone. You have the chance to get a different new phone or same new phone. If you exchange after 30 days that'll go towards warranty. With warranty you'll get a refurbished device most likely.
