Recover Ringtones I just bought 2 months before my upgrade to Droid X

I just renewed about 10 ringtones over the last 2 months for my LG Envy Touch.  I just upgraded my phone tonight to the Droid X.  I was told it was a simple reovery on Verizon.com to recover the ringtones.  I'm finding out this is not as easy as it seems.  Has anyone else had this issue?  It bullcrap that I just paid about $20 for tones and now I can't get them on my new phone.

I am unsure but I believe the ringers for your  LG Envy may be a diffrent format than the ones you can use on the Droid X and the files may need to be downloaded and converted to mp3 to use them..

Download Mabilo Ringtones from the app market.  It's free, and lets you create ringtones for free.

If your lost ringtones were popular songs, perhaps you can get them back that way.  Won't cost you a dime to try.

Does you ENV still function?  You could try emailing them to yourself (to the Droid X). I don't know anything about the ENV, sorry. But I would think the format of them should somehow be the same, like MP3 ????? Does the ENV have an SD Card or connect to a PC via a USB cable? If so, you SHOULD be able to pull them off the phone onto your PC and manipulate them there.
