Recurring Low Space Error on Droid Incredible

Make it stop! I have done two factory resets. I have emptied cache. I have taken out the battery dozens of times. I've tried everything.  I have less than 50 apps - many of which were factory installed.

I just got the update yesterday. Didn't fix it. Immediately after it was installed my friendly low space error came back.

Fit to be tied,

Other than what you have already tried, my only suggestion is to cut down on the number of emails you keep on your phone. My Droids was getting the same error when I had received emails set to all. After I changed it to seven days, the notification went away.

I have been fighting the same thing for about a month now, clear caches it goes away, comes back a day or so later, facebook seems to be a major culprit, I hoped they fixed it with the new update, but I got the message again yesterday, I am getting sick of clearing caches every few day....

Another fix I saw on the HTC boards was to clear your Gmail TRASH folder of emails. On your phone, you can see the label Trash with emails listed but you can't delete them there. Go to Gmail on your computer, delete the trash then sync your phone....VOILA!! Email label Trash now empty on your phone.   That is the only  consistent fix to help keep that  crazy low data space message away for me!

I know it's aggravating....gggrrrr.

Good luck!
