After the install of 4.5.605.MB810 my "Gallery" freezes the phone for awile and not all pictures are displayed. Also the new type keyboard was not installed. I think the download may have gotten corrupted and the entire update was not installed. How do I download and reinstall the update?

You may want to back up whatever you have on your SD card to your PC before you do anything. That problem with the gallery I would have right before my SD card either fouled up (requiriing a reformat) or completely corrupted the card. If you have any important pictures on that card, you'll be upset in a few days when the card decides not to let you access it anymore
You can also try using a 3rd party app to browse the Gallery ... sometimes the stock gallery app has touble processing certain pictures -- maybe corrupted parts of the pic or something? try "GALLERY 3D" ...
