Replacement phone question

I just got a replacement phone....before I change phones.....do I have to do anything special to save the info in my apps?  For example, my diet and workout info that I've been logging/mapping.  Or am I just going to lose all that info and have to start from scratch???  Hope not

If the data is saved to the SD card you should be fine.  If that data is saved onto the phones memory it may be a littler tricky.

I use MyBackup Pro to backup personal data and app settings that works well, basically without using a app like this you will probably lose all settings... but also keep in mind there is some appear that doesn allow personal settings to be saved under normal situations but in my opinion it is worth using.

Most of the Apps on your phone should be tied to your Google Email address. Once you activate the new phone, your shouldsign into your Google email account and re-download your apps.  I have also provided additional instructions on managing yourapps below.  The information can also be found in your owners manual online.  I have provided a link for the manual below :

http://support.vzw.com/clc/devices/index.html?p=5369&m=

Manage & restore apps

Find it: Menu > Settings Applications

Manage applications

Touch an app in the list, then touch Uninstall (for apps

you downloaded), Clear cache, or other options.

To reinstall any downloaded items, touch Launcher

icon Market My downloads
