Hello All. I have been trying to retrieve older call histories or bill statements. So far I have been unsuccessful : / I remember from years ago, when I had previous service with Sprint, I was able to review my phone usage by looking at phone statements, which were in paper and mailed to me. Does Verizon allow or provide existing customers the opportunity to go back and view information of previous months text messages sent, or outgoing/incoming calls?
