My phones volume is turned up all the way and isn't set on vibrate but every time someone calls me it just vibrates. But if someone sends me a text message the tone will play? Anyone know what is wrong with it?
Check under settings> sounds
that "smart Profile: face down" is unchecked.
also, make sure that "Vibrate" is set to "only when not in silent mode"
While you are at it and in settings. check volume from there too.
