I just received my replacement phone and I put my SD Card in the new phone and for some reason it is not working. Can anyone help with this. It just keeps saying insert sd card. What did I do wrong or what didnt I do? Please help Thank you
You should probably format the card (make a backup first).
having the same issue as above. How would i go about backing up an SD card that isn't being recognized?
You would have to be able to read it using the computer, otherwise it may be a corrupt card.
