My SD card is inserted, and is in correctly but whenever i go to see my music or photos it says "Please insert an SD card" HEEEELP! this is a ! day old phone so i couldnt imagine it is something with my phone! 😧
if it is your old sd card maybe your phone can't read it, not every phone accesses info on the sd card the same way
plug it into a computer and see if you can view the files
