Yesterday morning  i had realized i hadn't been recieving any of my messages. couldnt call out or send either, but yet my boyfriend with a voyager has perfect service, he'd call me nothing would happen. didnt get service till about 8 that night. everythings all good and now no service seriously **bleep**

Step 1. Restart your phone. If you get service dial *228 to update (option 2)
If that doesn't work pull the battery (with the phone on) and see if you get service. Dial *228 to update (option 2).

If those things don't work it might be worth calling customer service.
