SMS Text messaging not working in Canada

 I am in Canada right now and my SMS Text Messaging simply stopped working. I can receive texts from others but can not send .... I had level 2 tech support try to help to no avail.... I factory reset the phone in the US and flew back to Canada and it didn't help. Any help will be greatly appreciated ...

Problem solved ... I downloaded GO SMS from the android marketplace and BINGO; problem solved... the regular text messaging from the phone is still not functioning; but hey; at least I can text now.

oh, BTW, found out it's text messenger 2.2... is it helps.
