How do I get my phone out of safe mode? I tried to just turn it off and turn it back on and that didn't work. I even tried to restore to factory settings.
I am not sure what you mean by safemode? I beleive you are speaking of recovery mode where you have a black screen and blue letters, if this is the case there is a option to restart device on this screen, you can access it by using the volume up and down to highlight the option and select with the camera button... If this isnt what you are speaking of, could you give more information so we can try to assist you further.
