I've been trying to download applications for 2 days. Every time I go into it and go to My Verizon Mobile, I get a message to get an upgrade. When I click on that I get a message that my phone is not compatible with that app. I get that message for several applications. What's up?

Do you happen to get the same error each time you try to install an application? Are you trying to install the app from the Playstore?

I got it resolved last week by going back to the factory settings and
reinstalling. Works Fine now.
