Samsung charge media dock not charging

I just received this about 1-2 weeks ago and I just noticed that it is not charging my batteries. I take out what should be a fully charged battery and my phone starts beeping that the newly installed battery is low and needs charged. When I took the battery out the light on the dock was green like it was fully charged.

I agree with Joe. I also have the desk charger and it works very well. If it is not charging the second battery, it is defective and should be returned to/replaced by Verizon under warranty.

I don't think you can insert a battery the wrong way in the dock, so that's probably not the answer. Try reseating the battery in the charger to see if that works, if not ask to exchange it. I have mine and it works great.

I had same problem and had to return it under warranty. New one works fine for now...
