How do I save Pictures I downloaded from my computer to a contact name (who doesn't have a facebook)

Go into your contact list, find the contact you want, long press the contact to bring up options menu and select edit (or open contact card then menu> edit) then press the stock picture icon in the top left corner and choose the picture you want. Click save and done.
