Saving Ringtone: Error Message

I can't save my ringtone that I just purchased for the holidays!  I keep receiving an error message and redirections to retry!  I followed directions supplied by VZW.    Any ideas?

I just did a master reset and I can't save any of my ringtones that come from verizon via text message either! What gives?

Hello Kaylee and welcome to the community! What error message are you getting when trying to save the ringtone? What all options does it give you when you tap and hold the message? Make sure you are following these steps to save a ringtone on the phone.
