Saving pictures from a text

When someone texts me a picture, how would I go about saving it?  I have had it opened and tried pressing the menu button, but no options come up.  Please help.  Thanks.

Press and hold the pic, a menu pops up.

  1. touch and hold area outside attachment
  2. Touch the desired message option and select copy to SD Card. 
  1. Select message option

Thank you! On my LG Spectrum2, the choice was 'save to internal memory'. It worked for me.
