Saving ringtone help pleaswe

Can Someone please help me save a ringtone on my droid? I have read the discussions, and now I'm really confused. I keep getting "error saving" try again mess, and I can't see a way to save it. I bought it from verizon website. It looks like the only way is to pay a monthly for the V-Cast service? I am so frustrated.... Please help.

I see how saving a ringtone on your Droid X can be a bit complicated. First let me assure you that you do not pay a monthly fee when you buy a ringtone from our Media Store and since pictures speak a thousand words, please visit this Link for detailed instructions to save your ringtone from the text message you received after buying your ringtone. I trust that you will find it easy to save and enjoy your ringtones.
