Screen Broken

Question

Recently switched over to Verizon from At&t (More like 2 weeks ago) and picked out the Droid X2. Loving the phone. Well it slipped out of my pocket as I was sitting down and hit concrete screen first.

Screen is cracked but phone still works.

Question:

Am I able to get a replacement phone or have my screen repaired under warranty either by verizon or manufacterer?

If you purchased insurance, you will be able to get a replacement phone. Unfortunately, it probably will be a refurbished phone. As for screen repair, I believe that is an out-of-pocket repair. However, take it to your local VZW store and see what they say. Who knows, I may be wrong. It happens
