Screen Won't Timeout

Question

No matter which timeout setting I use my phone's screen doesn't time out, whether charging or not. And no, I don't have the
stay awake while charging option selected. A hard reset nor a factory reset fixed this issue. This became an issue after
my phone was updated to 2.3.3.  Any ideas?

Usually this is caused by a app running in background like a music player usually because they have options to keep screen alive while player is open, check all apps open..  Pandora did this to me before...
