When I receive a call - my screen goes black when I answer - and then I'm unable to hang up. So far, this only happens on incoming calls. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

The phone has a proximity sensor that blanks out the screen when you hold the phone to your ear (to avoid accidentally pressing screen buttons with your ear or face). When you take the phone away from your ear, the screen should appear within a second. If it isn't reappearing, sounds like you have a problem with the sensor.

Hi there! If it is only happening on incoming calls it may be a software/programming related issue. I recommend running the phone in Safe Mode and having someone call you to see if the issue continues. This will let us know if it is related to any Market apps. If so, a Hard Reset is the best bet to clear out any glitches there. Just make sure you know the Google/Gmail info and your contacts and other personal information is backed up before performing the reset. It should be auto-syncing to Gmail already.
Please advise if this issue continues after the master reset.
