How do I manage the USB connection. When I plug it in to my computer nothing happens. The phone doesn't recognize the computer and vise versa. It happened yesterday and I restored to factory settings and it worked until about an hour. What's the deal? I'm not changing anything on the phone and I'm hearing from a few people they are having to do this. Is there going to be a fix for it?
