I have a moto droid. The email account that I have going to my phone will only hold 2 days of email, all others just disappears. It doesn't get sent to my trash folder it just disappears. It even gets wiped off my server. I've checked all my settings, everything is OK. Called my internet and email provider they don't see a problem. How can I correct this problem? HELP ME PLEASE!

Actually my email saves 50 for each account, can make it more if so choose. And the rest I have saved in my emails stay on my emails servers until I delete from my box on phone or newer ones replace and push folders one to my emails server.

Thanks Ron, but I have done that. I checked all my incoming and outgoing settings. I have uninstalled the email account and then reinstalled, with the same results. I have even gotten a different phone. I called email provider and they don't see anything wrong on their end.

Also, if you have your e-mail account set as POP3, when your phone pulls the e-mail, it will remove it from the server.

Hi Nutz. I have it set to POP3. What should it be set to? Thanks for your help.

I just checked to see if I could change the incoming server setting from POP3. That is not a feature that can changed on the Droid.

I was on the line with my email/internet provider, he saw the email get wiped off the server. Nothing I did or changed or he did or changed. Its the same provider I had when I had my Moto Q, I didn't have this problem.
