I just received my incredible so am still learning. I thought I would be smart with the security and did the dot to dot part. Now I want it off and can't find the info to remove it. I have tried to undo the check in the box but it won't work. Does someone know how to do this?
Menu> Settings>Security> Uncheck the Require Pattern option, verify the change by running the pattern one more time and you should no longer be asked for it.
At least that worked for me.
Thanks for the info. I actually kept messing with it and think I found another way because it is now gone. I tapped on it twice and it went dim and no longer requires the dot to dot. Not sure if that is what finally worked but at least it is now gone. I will keep your answer handy just incase it comes back!
I finally got all my email accounts set up but am not receiving all of my emails. If there anyway to fix that without calling my providers?
