How do I send a photo to a phone number?

You can either do this through the texting app or through the gallery.

In the gallery, select the photo, the select Share, and Text Messaging (or 3rd party texting app if you use it)

from the texting app, select New Message (or previously started thread) and select Insert, and Photo
