Shorten the vidoes? To send to You Tube?

Question

Hey quick question, I have some videos I want to send to YOUTUBE . But it says to reduce length of videos. How? I tap the yellow section and it just keeps playing and then says do I want to save now file?

Do i double tap the yellow?

Any help on how to shorten videos?

(I also have a Droid X) from the Gallery, scroll to the video. Press the phone Menu button and choose Edit. Then choose Advanced Editing. There will be a time band with the run time of the video and slider tabs you can move to adjust the run time (shorten the video). Hit Save. You will be prompted to rename the edited video. It will be saved to your default download file. Mine is the phone default file named "Videos". Videos uploaded to YouTube must be under 1GB. Recording in HD, that isn't that long of a video.
