I havent even had this phone a year yet, its shutting down and freezing constanly. I dont have an app killer and dont use too many of the apps. Do we have a 1 year manufacturers warranty? Is there a fix that I can try myself before calling or taking it in to Verizon? Help anyone! I dont have the money to get a new phone if thats my only option and I need a working cell because I have a disabled child and his school and daycare has to be able to reach me anytime!
