Okahy, my signal strength is -88dBm what does this mean

Not sure, but I don't think the range should differ between 3G and 4G.

My experience is that signal strength runs from very poor at -115 dBm to excellent at better than -75 dBm. I would say that -88 is pretty good.

That should be a good signal. Anything above -90 dBm is usually considered a good signal.

What should the signal strength be in a 4G area cuz thats where my work is, smack dab in a 4G area
