Does it cost money to use Skype on the Droid 2 when connecting from my Phone to a PC when they're calling me (US) from the US?

Customers using Media Center capable devices must have a data plan of $9.99 or higher in order to use Skype mobile, there is no additionl charge for using Skype on you PC calling within the US.
