Yes, like many others, it has come & gone. But this fast ? As Iam sure you know, the Droid 2 is the replacement, which is on the way to replace my original Droid. Not that its needed. Just going to my Son. But to answer YOUR question, between the huge amount that "people try For 30 days" & end up trading them in or get a refund, all those virtually new phones go back in stock, not to be sold as new (so we would hope not), but used by Assurion Insurance for legit warranty replacements & purposes that your inquiring about.

My guess is you'll get the Droid 2 refurbished device. However usually there are still original refurbished Motorola Droid phones available. You'll get that first. If none are available then Droid 2 refurbished
