One thing I don't understand is why we aren't getting updates on how things are going? Leaving us in the dark is not generating hysteria for things like froyo update and flash....It's **bleep** us off not knowing what is going on. I would rather have you tell me there is a problem that you found with flash and you have delayed it, then making me wonder every hour when it will be available. Good communication is key to making a customer's experience great. I have learned this when I was repairing computers for the company I work for. Customers would rather hear problems you run across and solutions you plan to try, then to leave them in the dark about what is going on because you don't want them to think that you have no clue on what you are doing. Things happen and we are all smart enough to understand if problems come up. And those who aren't smart enough, there are plenty of us that can translate for them. In summary, honesty is the best policy....

Very well put to both of you! I could not agree more. Communication is key to not only professionalism - but is also common courtesy!
Also experienced the Market crash as well - thanks for mentioning that as I was wondering if I was the only one )

I too, am well aware that Adobe is a seperate company - but rest assured that they have a HUGE financial stake
in this adventure. That being said, Adobe Flash 10.1 is still a "product" that will be a prominent feature within a Motorola product that Verizon sells - so some communication from them to those of us paying THEIR bills would be cool...

Open the browser, go to More-Settings, scroll down to enable plug-ins and make sure it's set to Always On or On Demand (I'd suggest the latter and it'll just give you the option to click where flash content is and enable it rather than loading it everytime and causing the browser to lag.). Also go to Applications-Manage Applications and make sure Adobe Flash Player 10.1 is under Downloaded

m.flash.com should work. You should see a black box with a green arrow if you have it set to On-demand. Hit that and the flash content will load. You can also try www.youtube.com, scroll down to the bottom and select Desktop to see if you can watch youtube videos in the browser itself.
