I keep getting notification that new software is available. When I hit the Install Now button, it says "rebooting now..."but never does.
How do I get it to update? I'm still on 2.2.

We want you to enjoy the most recent software update as badly as you do! There can be complications during a software update that require you to factory reset the device and retry.
