Song ID App

On my previous phone, I was able to download the free Song ID app. The one where you hold your phone up to a speaker and if tells you all the info of the song playing. Is there this same app for the Droid x? I couldnt find it, but maybe someone else has. I used it so often before...

it is Shazam and you can search it by name

You can find the Verizon Song ID app in the market -> apps -> verizon tab. It is free where Shazam is not.

Are you sure it's still there? I can't find the VCAST Song ID app in the market although I thought I saw it there a few days ago.

I choose to use Sound Hound that formally was Madomi, and I perfer it myself.

I've been looking for the Verizon Song ID App also since I got my Droid X last month and today I finally seen it there.

yep! i was happy to get it...its not as fancy as Shazam or the other music ID apps, but it does the trick and its unlimited uses....very nice!
