Sooo....I got my phone BUT

When I activated it I had no 3G available. So my first hour of having the phone I've been on the phone with customer service and technical support for the last 39 minutes. Lets see if they will be able to help me eventually.

Finally got it working after 50 minutes on the phone with tech support. The lady I talked to had to activate another phone for my phone number and then I had to turn mine back on and it all the sudden came on! I'm really really enjoying this phone.

My 3G stopped working around the third day I had it. I called support and they noticed a glitch in the system regarding how my device was labeled (not sure exactly, but the system no longer had my device as a "phone"). They told me to pop the battery and restart.
I did and all was well...and I haven't had an issue with it since.

I lost my 3G on the 3rd day I had it and I had to wipe it and start fesh. I lost it the following day but a battery pull fixed it no problem. It's been fine ever since. I did call tech support the first time and they told me to wipe it.
