Sorry if this is a rehash - lack of 2.3.4 upgrade

OK . . . Both my wife and I have the HTC Incredible that were purchased within 1-2 weeks of each other (almost 2 years ago . . .).

He phone was updated over the air almost 2 months ago . . . I'm still waiting!

Who do I complain to?  What is Verizon's problem?

HTC pulled the update because of reported issues, Verizon isn't really the issue on this situation...  You may can complain over at HTC support page but I really don't see this really change things because they wont release it until they see ir being ready.

This is one reason I point out bugs in software but I don't get all worked up over it because when users start complaining heavily and threaten developer or carrier about a bug in a update, they always pull it and then you have to wait again..  I prefer to report it and deal with the bugs until the fix is released verses not having update at all if the bugs are minor. 

The Thunderbolt update was pulled for one or two bugs and no information has been reported on the revised build released..

I am guessing all HTC roms on the block now wont be released until they resolve the security vulnerability reported earlier this month, which means it may be a little while..
