My Ultra recently got updated to 4.4. I thought everything was fine but all of a sudden all sound that comes out of the speaker (videos, notifications, ringtones, phonecalls etc.) sounds like it is on the lowest setting. I can hear fine with Bluetooth. When I check the main sound settings all sound types (music, ringtone, notifications and alarms) are all on the maximum setting.
I can't hear notifications, incoming calls or anything unless the phone is right under me.
