Speakerphone activates when I answer phone

Just got a replacement DInc2 today. Every time that I answer the phone, it is on speakerphone. I check the settings, and do not have "flip for speaker" checked. Any suggestions?

I definitely understand your frustration. If you are still having this issue with the speaker phone on your Incredible 2, I recommend doing a hard reset on the phone. Please keep in mind performing a hard reset will remove ALL data including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings, and downloaded applications. Only perform this reset if absolutely necessary. 

 

  • From a home screen, select the applications tab (located in the lower left).
  • Select Settings. 
  • Select SD & phone storage.
  • Select Factory data reset.
  • Select Reset phone.
  • Select Erase Everything.
