I will preface my problem with my setup:
Motorola Droid
AUX Input Wire
Verizon Wireless MicroUSB Car Charger
When I plug my Droid into my car stereo and hook the car charger into the phone (so I do not drain the battery) I get massive static issues while listening to music. When I hit the gas pedal I hear a high pitched squeal coming through the car speakers. When I unplug the charger the problem goes away.
Is there anyway that I can continue to keep my car charger hooked up to my phone while I listen to music without getting the feedback issues? If not, with how much I drive, I will completely drain my battery before I get to my destination.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
I am having this exact problem and would love some information about it. Please!

Google "Ground Loop Isolator". That should take care of your problems.
