Stop from starting Verizon Wireless web site ..

Hi,

Recently I noticed that every time I connect my Droid X to PC using USB connection it launches Verizon Wireless web site. It's kind of annoying ...

Could someone plz give a hint how to prevent it?

Connect the phone to your computer like normal. After a few seconds a small Motoralo icon will appear in the lower right corner of your taskbar.

Right click it.

Select when phone connects launch...

Then change it to 'Nothing' from 'Webpage'

that should do it hopefully.

I post a solution to this on this forum, check it out at http://community.vzw.com/t5/DROID-X-by-Motorola/USB-Connection-Issue/td-p/294666/page/2 and follow instructions to remove the MotoConnect software from the Add/Remove area of pc and disable auto run on usb drive.
