Got an update this am, and it bricked my phone. After restarting, it comes up, gives system not responding errors, and reboots, endlessly. It's never responsive enough to get into system settings at all before the next restart.

You Need to do a FR a Factory Reset on that phone :
If you feel that doing a factory Reset is to hard for you to do: call customer service they'll get you to Teck services. tell them the issue that your phone is having an they'll go thru the FR with you an your phone should be ok. If not you may need to return it to the store you got it at but try the FR first. Good Luck an i hope you can get it working again

the search key does not get me past the recovery screen
my phone is also stuck in a restart. When I plug it in the charge meter gos from 0 to 100% charged in less that a min although Its not chargeing at all, when I try powering on it gets to the screen with the red robot eye then shuts off and starts over again. I tried the recovery screen and hit the search button and saw the menu, selected clear chas but it didnt fix it, now when I go to the recovery menu the search botton does nothing...HELP~!!!!
They were able to do a reset at the store. All okay.
