Hey I'm a college student and have been using my X since last August. One problem I have always had with it is that it was too big. Now, with the chance to upgrade I am deciding to go with the Pro because it is smaller and has a physical keyboard (I tried it out at store and liked the feel). I just want to know, am I making a mistake by switching?

Well who's to say you're making a mistake but yourself? You have 14 days to try out the Droid Pro. If you don't like it, return it or exchange it.
You're really the only one who can make a decision like that. I would suggest going into a Verizon store and playing with one and get the feel for it.

Right, this is a decision only you can make. I like the big screen and don't like physical keyboards.... ( they make the phone thicker and heavier, usually) I prefer the "X"...... you may prefer the "Pro"....
