Does anyone know if Swype will be included in FRG22D or if it will become available in the Market after this OTA?
Swype will not be included in the update. At this time information is not available to us as to if the application will be available in the market. Hope this helps!

There's probably a 99% chance that you won't see swype officially available in the market for the Droid unless the developers of Swype change their business model. They don't currently do individual licenses but rather sale the carriers licences for an entire line of phones (Omnia 2, Droid X/2, etc) and I doubt Verizon will pony up to license it for a phone that is end of life.
