Does anyone know how to sync the DroidX calendar with Microsoft Outlook...or anyother calendar on a desktop?

I have been using the app I posted and my information sync perfectly... And once its installed it is thoughtless, the app opens outlook on the time you set it to and sync and then close app, all in background and all you see is the outlook icon show in dock for a few seconds.
I agree with Wildman ... if you follow the directions in that link he provided, download the SYNC software on your PC that has Outlook, it works very very well.
