Sync Outlook 2010 with Droid X2

Is there a way to do this?  I already have my Google calendar syncing with my phone but have no clue how to sync my Outlook calendar with the phone.  Help, please :smileyhappy:

I have the app downloaded at home but I think this is the one.

I don't need it for business, though.  Hubby uses Outlook for his calendar at work and of course at home so I  can know his schedule.  But there are times he needs to know mine, especially when I'm on the go. 

 

So long story short, is this a free app that will work for personal use too?
